5 Alarm Fire Corporation provides 24 hours fire alarm monitoring.
Life safety is the basics for fire monitoring, therefore 5 Alarm Fire Corporation strictly follows National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), 72 codes and requirements.  We continue this focus in the monitoring center by assuring that all incoming calls are received by highly trained console operators.  Individuals occupying this position are selected from among our proficient and tenured operators.  They have demonstrated the ability to courteously direct all calls to the appropriate representatives, while upholding our central station policy of the "Two-Ring Commitment", which guarantees an immediate responses from a live operator.
 

INSPECTIONS
Fire alarm codes mandate that fire alarm systems in protected premises be tested at least annually.  In some instances local fire codes and insurance companies may require more frequent testing.

Our professional inspectors and service personnel possess up-to-date knowledge of fire codes, many insurance requirements, and the various types of fire protection systems.


REPAIR & SERVICES
